Parent Governor Vacancy (Autumn 2026) 

We are looking for a committed parent or carer of a child who attends our school to join our Academy Governing Board (AGB) and help support and challenge school leaders to provide the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

As a Parent Governor, you will:

• Bring a valuable parental perspective to the Governing Board

• Support the school’s vision, values and continuous improvement

• Attend approximately four meetings each academic year

• Take part in training and development, with full support provided

No previous governance experience or specific qualifications are required — just a commitment to improving outcomes for children, good interpersonal skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
